LABOUR LAW

Under South African nobody may be summarily dismissed without just cause and the application of the correct procedure.

The Labour Relations Act No. 66 of 1995 sets out the rules and regulations regarding dismissals whilst the Basic Conditions of Employment Act No.75 of 1997 sets out an employees rights with regard to ordinary hours of work, overtime and annual leave.

If you have been unfairly dismissed or retrenched, we will fight to have you re-instated or adequately compensated.
